Kim has been Finance Uncovered’s Accountant since 2017.

She has been working in accounts for more than 30 years and professes to have done most roles.

She started her career working in a manufacturing company where she developed her expertise in systems and accountancy. By the time she left in 1999 she was a member of the strategic management team.

A career in teaching beckoned and she has taught tax and accounting to many budding accountants.

In 2016 she felt the call to be her own boss and started her own accountancy practice, Mawney Accountancy. She now works with many socially focused organisations, including Finance Uncovered.
